Double-check your address!

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you will be responsible for additional shipping costs to reship the item. Please take a moment to ensure your shipping details are accurate at checkout.

 

Processing

  • We process orders within 3 - 10 business days.
  • Once orders have shipped, they should arrive within 3-8 business days.
  • International orders can take up to 1 month or longer to arrive.

 

Free Shipping

  • Free domestic shipping on orders $55+ USD (U.S. only)
  • Free international shipping on orders $150+ USD


Tracking

  • A tracking number will be sent to the provided email once the order has been fulfilled.
  • Please allow 24-72 hours for tracking to be updated into the USPS system.


Delivery | Missing Packages

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
  • Once we have shipped out your order, it is no longer our responsibility.
  • We are not able to reroute packages.

If you have provided the wrong address, please contact your carrier for assistance if your package can be rerouted.


International Orders:

  • Orders may take a up to a month or longer.
  • We currently shipping with USPS, UPS, and DHL for shipping.
  • Customers are responsible for all customs costs for their packages. We recommend inquiring with your country to see if there will be any fees.
